In nature there are millions of different living things. Living beings are classified into large groups called kingdoms. The advance of science and the discovery of new groups that shows the great diversity of living beings, as well as the use of genetic techniques to compare some groups with others has meant a great advance in the classification of living beings. Initially they were grouped into a few kingdoms, even one, but today, depending on the authors and how they interpret the relationships between them, many more kingdoms can be found. Below we show how this evolution of kingdoms has been throughout history.

The first organization into kingdoms is due to Aristotle (4th century B.C.), who differentiated all living entities in nature into two kingdoms: plant and animal. Linnaeus also distinguished these two kingdoms of living things and also dealt with minerals, placing them in a third kingdom, Lapides. He also introduced the binomial nomenclature to refer to species and divided the kingdoms into classes, the classes into orders, the orders into families, the families into genera and the genera into species (the division of the kingdoms into phyla was introduced later). Later, with the invention of microscopy, a new world of biological research appeared that would change the concept of kingdoms.

Now we are going to make a card game of the five kingdoms. We divide into groups of five. Each of us makes five cards, each one about a kingdom. On each card we put a picture of the living being, on the one hand, and its taxonomy, nomenclature and the criteria for classifying it, on the other. Each group will have a set of 25 cards in total. Then we play among the whole group with a set of rules:

In the present work we will try to explain the five kingdoms of life in which it is estimated that there are three million kinds of living beings generally known as microorganisms, plants and animals. Such a large number of organisms constitutes a difficulty for their study.

These five kingdoms will be studied below, which are of great importance. We will also study the application of fungi, algae and the various plant organisms that give life to nature so we will see in 3 chapters the future development and evolution of science and genetics in its different types of kingdoms, as the vision of the living being as an organism whether unicellular or multicellular so a large group of ideas and thoughts and biological themes will be developed in this research.
